Pricing Breakdown Per Keyword or Keyword Phrase : Initial Placement

This aspect of corporate search marketing remains the most labor intensive aspect of optimization. An optimized page has to be created that is the most relevant for each keyword and/or keyword phrase at each engine. Pricing is dependent on the competitiveness of the term which will establish your monthly fees. A highly competitive word will cost substantially more. Research is done on each of the keywords on which you would like to be optimized. We determine the relative value of each word.

The more generic the term, the higher its relative value.

Continuous Auditing and Monitoring
The algorithm of a Search Engine is constantly in flux. Therefore it follows, that your positions and rankings will also fluctuate. This is why we continually reoptimize and/or resubmit pages as necessary.
The amount of labor needed for effective maintenance will depend on the competitive value of each term. The Internet is growing exponentially. Your optimized site is coming under a continued onslaught of new and improved websites.

The more generic the term, the more effort will be required to maintain its high rankings over time, AND the higher the monthly fee will be.
Maintenance contracts are for a twelve (12) month minimum. Renewal locks in your initial rate.

The following options may be added on to any of the placement programs listed above. They are HIGHLY recommended:

Yahoo!, Looksmart, and Open Directory Placement
Yahoo!, Looksmart and Open Directory are directories, edited by people, not a typical search engine. Most of these directories have a backup search engine which provides results in the event that your search does not match anything in their directory. Our standard placement programs include submission to these backup search engine, AND to the main directories. Since many studies have indicated that the directories accounts for as much as 50% of all Internet search traffic, this is definitely something you should consider. Pricing is not under our control. The respective directories dictate their OWN cost for this service and it varies. Please contact us for more details. Additionally, if your site has ALREADY been listed in the Yahoo! directory, this option may not be available as Yahoo! prohibits duplicitous submissions or changes once a submission has been made. Any fees required by these parties, however, ARE NOT included in the initial SEO / search marketing campaign quote.

Hosting Doorway Pages on Your Server
Normally, we DO NOT do the setup for your site on YOUR server. Getting into the backend of your site to make effective search marketing changes can be difficult, if not impossible, based on the protocols established by your current host. However, if you wish, this is an option. This option requires a substantial amount of additional setup work and the cost will depend on the extent of the work involved on a case by case basis.

Cloaking
We believe that cloaking is essential to protect your positioning and to prevent code-jacking.

We DO offer this type of service.

The cost, again, depends on the individual optimization campaign.

Maintenance fees are billed quarterly in advance of each quarter. We offer a 15% discount on the maintenance fees if you prepay for the twelve month term.
